Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WBF (Wine, Business & Fashion), where ambassadors, investors, and creatives come together to connect wine, business and fashion in one curated experience. By applying for and attending a WBF edition (the "Event"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to WBF Experience.

  • "Guest," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or organization applying for or participating in the Event.

  • "Event" means the WBF edition, including all sessions, tastings, runway shows, networking opportunities, and related activities.

2. Applications and Access

  • Attendance at the Event requires a valid application and payment (where applicable), and is subject to confirmation by WBF.

  • Access is non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by WBF.

  • Refunds, if offered, will be subject to the refund policy communicated at the time of payment.

3. Participation and Conduct

Guests agree to participate in the Event respectfully and in a way that contributes positively to the experience. Disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees and related charges will be clearly outlined once your application is confirmed. Payment must be made in full to secure your place. Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of your access.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All Event content (including presentations, materials, recordings, and branding) remains the property of WBF or its guests and partners, unless otherwise noted.

  • Guests may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use Event content without prior written permission.

  • Personal note-taking and limited social media sharing are encouraged, provided they respect the privacy of other guests and partners.

6. Media Release

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. WBF may use this media for promotional, editorial, or other business purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the Event.

7. Confidentiality

While WBF fosters open conversation, we encourage guests to respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during sessions or networking. Any obligation to maintain confidentiality rests with each individual participant.

8. Liability

  • Attendance at the Event is at your own risk.

  • WBF is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the Event.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Guest.

9. Event Changes and Cancellation

We reserve the right to make changes to the Event program, guests, venue, or schedule. In the unlikely event of cancellation, our liability is limited to refunding fees paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
